Visit Dakar, Gorée Island.

Departure in the morning from the hotel towards the Dakar pier to take a boat which takes you to Gorée Island in 25 minutes.

Gorée Island is a pleasant island marked by the sad slave trade. Visit the House of Slaves, walk through the island's alleys full of history, stroll to the castle where you can see cannons, the Gorée Almadie Memorial.

Lunch in Gorée.

Then return to Dakar for a city tour, passing by the African Memorial Cathedral, the presidential palace and going to the African Renaissance Monument.

Return to the hotel.
